HOW TO READ THE COEFFICIENTS:

The coefficient chart shows how price changes (in cents/kg) for each one-unit increase in each variable. Negative coefficients mean decreases in value (e.g., higher colour Y-Z or VM = lower price). For example, if Colour shows -50, increasing colour by 1 unit decreases value by 50 cents/kg. Note: For VM (Vegetable Matter), one unit represents a 0.1% change (since VM mostly ranges 0.0-1.0), so a coefficient of -20 means a 0.1% increase in VM decreases price by 20 cents/kg.
